Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 11IT ("11IT", "we", or "us") handles information when you use 11it.com and its website health-checking services.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, login provider, and account identifiers.
• Website scan data: URLs you submit, DNS and HTTP responses, redirect paths, security headers, scan results, and timestamps.
• Service activity: saved websites, monitoring preferences, scan history, and product interactions.
• Technical and abuse-prevention data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, security challenge results, and server logs.
• Transaction data: product, amount, currency, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Our payment provider processes payment-card details; 11IT does not store full card numbers.
• Support information: messages and files you send when requesting help or the Fix It for Me service.

Public Scan Reports

Reports created from the public scanner may be accessible to anyone who has their unguessable report link. Do not submit private, internal, credentialed, or confidential URLs. 11IT blocks local and private-network targets but cannot determine whether every public URL is confidential to you.

How We Use Information

We use information to run scans, provide saved-site monitoring, send operational alerts, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure product performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service Providers

We use service providers only as needed to operate 11IT. These may include Cloudflare for hosting, security and networking; PostHog for product analytics; Waffo Pancake or another disclosed merchant of record for payments; Resend for transactional email; and authentication providers you choose to use. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, language and security. If PostHog analytics is enabled, it uses cookies or local storage to associate product-usage events and page views with a pseudonymous visitor and, after sign-in, your account. Session recording is disabled by default. We do not use advertising cookies in V1.

Retention and Security

We retain account, scan, transaction, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls, signed payment webhooks, and encrypted storage for configured service credentials. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@11it.com. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, or complaint to a data-protection authority.

International Processing

11IT and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

Children

11IT is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
